We charge fees for our expertise, time, and services. Our fees are non-refundable for designing custom itineraries. An initial deposit is due after a complimentary consultation and assessment of your trip. Our professional planning fees depend on the number of people, complexity, and destination. Additional fees may apply for à la carte services or complex requests. We will always discuss our fees with you before each transaction.

You are looking to go to a single destination and for a quick getaway. For example a dude ranch in Montana, a trip to the Bahamas, or a short trip to Cabo. These are for trips lasting approximately 3-5 days, with deposits taken within 5-10 business days and a lead time of at least 30 days.

We will research and present options that are the best fit for your style and goals, explore property choices and interpret their advantages and disadvantages.

Travel is a way of life, you need personalized attention for everything that involves travel in your household and you would prefer to be billed once per year.

Our “We verify service” is for clients who know what they want or have booked something on their own. (for example Airbnb, VBRO )
We will offer our advice and suggest improvements but we do not assist with bookings, create itineraries, offer after-hour support, or fix travel mistakes.
We take these on, on a case-by-case basis as our workload allows.
We will discuss an exact fee schedule during our call.
You have done your own research and need some direction. We call this our “We Verify Service.” It is for clients who have a booking (for example Airbnb, VRBO) and need us to put our stamp of approval on it or need to talk through something.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH, and bank Transfers. With special consideration, we can do Venmo and PayPal (case-by-case basis).
We will send you a credit card authorization to sign with our engagement of services via a link or PDF.
Every travel supplier has a different cancellation policy, so it is important to review all terms and conditions before booking. Once a trip is under deposit, Luxury Pilgrim may charge a % cancellation fee based on the total trip cost. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your financial investment.
We will do our best to recover as much as we can for you. We cannot make any promises. However, if we are successful in recouping funds on your behalf, our recovery fee covers the cost of our consulting and booking services, as well as ensuring that you are released from your original reservation and you receive appropriate refunds.
Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, no. This is a luxury service and an investment in your experience. Our fees are based on our knowledge base and the time we put in and are fairly priced.
Not always. Some travel companies we work with pay us commission for the services we provide to them, offsetting their marketing costs. However, when you hire us, we work for you, not for a supplier. If you choose a supplier who pays us a commission, that amount can vary depending on the supplier and the type of travel booked.
